Nepal: Echoes of Everest

The locals in the Everest region have a special connection with horses. In the rugged terrain that doesn't allow for any mechanical modes of transportation, horses (and mules) often serve as the chief mode of commute. The children here grow up closely with the horses, often as part of the same household, and develop a close bond with them.
